Just reading this now... I am saddened to read this. She was like another Grandma to me in the DeBoer Nursing Home. She made lots of chocolate cookies for everyone to eat. Truly was blessed to have her in my life!!

We are so sorry for your loss. We kept in touch with Vivian throughout the years. We loved her very much. She had such a beautiful spirit. She loved coming to visit with us in Battle Creek and loved to see my gardens. We loved having her and will miss her very much. She did so much good, for so many. My heart is hurting as I write this. My Aunt Viv was so precious to me and my family. I will so miss her, but remain with wonderful memories of years past. She embodied the most giving, wonderful and caring spirit anyone could possess. She was a servant to others caring for so many in oh so many ways. Aunt Viv leaves a legacy of a beautiful family who all loved and adored her. She is now celebrating her new life in the arms of her Creator, laughing and enjoying without physical limitations with my mom, Catherine, and many others she loved that went before her.
