Larry Jack Preston's Obituary
Mr. Larry Jack Preston, age 74, passed away in Fort Mill, SC on October 25, 2017. He was born on October 13, 1943 and was the son of Milo and Lucile Preston. He is survived by his wife, Marie “Izzie” Preston of Muskegon; daughter, Dawn Preston of Fort Mill, SC; son, Matthew (Tonya) Preston of Bath, MI; very special son, Jonas Olaf (Linda) Akerman of Strangnas, Sweden; sister, Marjorie (Tom) Jones of Belleville, MI; several very special in-laws and many nieces and nephews that he dearly loved. Larry was known for his love of youth and amateur sports throughout the entire state of Michigan. VISITATION will be from 4-8 PM Thursday, November 2, 2017 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 231-798-1100. A CELEBRATION OF HIS LIFE will be held 11:00 AM Friday, November 3, 2017 at The Lee Chapel with a reception immediately following at the Fruitport Golf Club Banquet Hall.
