Families are complicated entities. Sometimes contentious, mostly supportive. My memories of Aunt Laura are such good ones. The fun times boating and partying when we were kids growing up and especially her laugh and sense of humor. These memories will remain forever. I'll always remember aunt Pootie as a beautiful person,with a great laugh. Our last conversation was over the phone,from my parents house. we talked for almost an hour about all the work that goes into her keeping such a beautiful yard.
