On this incredibley sad day we join together with the friends and family of Larry in the US. His death has touched a lot of people. He was always an amazing person whom we all owe a lot to. Goodbye Larry, you will always hold a special place in our hearts.

My son. Bill, had Mr. Zaremba in 5th grade at Campbell, in 1992. He was a wonderful teacher. My son enjoyed him so much

Larry was one of the first teachers I met as a new teacher at Lincoln School in 1973. He was so kind and thoughtful, and his students loved him for his caring manner. Decades later when I was a counselor at Mona Shores HS and Larry had retired, he miraculously showed up to assist two new students from the Czech Republic who knew very little English. Such a wonderful man will be greatly missed in this community. My condolences to his family and friends.
Mr. Z was very fair, dedicated and kind teacher. He wasn’t a “wash over” kind of man but extremely good man. He was one of my favorites as I had him in 6th grade at Lincoln School in 1975-1976.
