Linda, Mike, and Julie and families, and all of Leo's adorable grandchildren and great-grandchildren:
We are saddened by your Dad's passing -he certainly was in our prayers these last couple of weeks. As one of his many nieces, I have fond and vivid memories of Uncle Leo's great ghost stories. He was a master of "scary" in the most perfect setting - a dark and musty stairway at our Grandma and Grandpa's house. One of my favorite memories of Uncle Leo is from my parents' 25th anniversary party. As the night went on, he walked through our front door with a couple of beers in his hands, but didn't realize the screen was still shut. He waltzed right through as the screen flew off the track and came crashing down. The look on his face was priceless!
He was a kind and gentle spirit who was so genuine. As I told my 88 year old father, Malcolm, about Leo's passing he was clearly shaken. "Leo and Juanita were our family but they were also our best friends when Mike and Alan were growing up. We spent a lot of time together and I have such great memories of Leo. He was quite a guy."
Here's to Leo - the greatest uncle anyone could ask for!
Love,
Alicia and Kevin

Linda & Terry,
So sorry to learn of your Dads passing. Our thoughts & prayers are with you at this time. While riding my bike past your house I often wondered who had the new Buick with the Sarasota license plate until we met Leo. See you soon in Fl.

Mike and Linda.
We were surprised to read your Dad's Obit in the Muskegon Chronicle last night. We have many pleasant memories of our family times with the Rolf family both here in Muskegon, Holland and at Blue Lake along with our Travels to Muncie, Indiana. Our prayers and sympathies are with your family at this time. Greet all for us. My brother Leo just retired from a Law career with the Seattle Police Department and spent a week with us here in Muskegon in early October. We are doing fine and we need to make time for a cup of coffee with the Katts and Rolfs when we get a chance.

I am sorry for you great loss. My first job right out of high school was at Warner Gear and Mr. Rolf was my supervisor. Whenever I saw him around town, I would introduce him to whomever I was with as... this is Leo Rolf my "first boss". He always laughed at that remark.##imported-begin##Michael Stafford##imported-end##

I just read your father's obituary this morning and wanted to send my sincere condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
