Carolyn, our prayer are with you at this time. I know that God knows our pain and he is with us during this time of need. He will give you strength as you enter into a life without Leroy.
Remember the good times that you both shared and focus on those memories.
We love you and your family

My prayers go out to the loving Council family. Mrs. Carolyn I pray that god keeps your hands on you in this time of need. God bless.
PaPa was the greatest man I knew, he taught me so much about life, family and love. He would always know if something was bothering you and he would give you a hand, I'll never forget his magic tricks when I was a child, him pulling his thumb apart and making a quarter disappear and grab it from behind your ear. Or the time in little league baseball at hile fields, him sitting on the picnic table telling my brother and I before are games, if you hit a home run over the fence I'll give you 20 dollars. I'm sure he was telling GeeGee and my mom I shouldn't of said that after my brother and I hitting back to back home runs but he was the man who stood by his word, home run or not I knew he loved us and was proud of us no matter what and we loved him and we're proud of him as well. He was are hero . I love you PaPa , thank you for everything you have done for us. We will see you at the gate with the lord when it's our time.
Sorry for your loss Aunt Bettie, praying for you & your family.

I met Leroy at Lincoln Park, such a gracious gentleman. Always a smile and a wonderful chat. Love and prayers to the family...
