Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone that had their lives touched by Aunt Linda. She was such a special friend to so many. She leaves a legacy of love, kindness and support for all who called her "friend". We appreciated her kindness to our mother of whom she joins on the other side. Hard to say how one feel at the passing of someone close. Aunt Linda was a dear member of our family. Being Mom's BEST FRIEND and was the start but the love she shared with us is why it continued. At any point in my growing up from football or sleeping over to rough housing at Christmas, even as far away as being in Okinawa, Aunt Linda was always there, somewhere. “Linda Lou” was an integral part of our wonderful tight knit Miner Avenue neighborhood! We all shared a beautiful friendship over the years.
We have always admired how Linda worked hard as an RN, all the while raising her four children alone. She was indeed an inspiration!

Aunt Linda was a part of my life from Day 1. She loved my brother, Bob and me, as if we were her own. Brian, my first friend and then Lisa, Jeff and Scott soon followed, 'framily'. So many memories intertwined in our childhood - playing in the basement on Miner, riding bikes, sleepovers, peanut butter and Miracle Whip sandwiches...and so much more.
I will miss your laugh, your love and am so grateful for your presence in my life and in my kids' lives. We will see you again in heaven.
