Dear Randi and family,
I was privileged to know your mom during the time she resided at Oakcrest. She was such a sweet, pleasant lady, always would say "thank you" for whatever was done for her, with that winning smile! And when she could no longer speak, she would communicate with her eyes. She must have been a very loving, caring mother, because it was so obvious in you and your sisters. She taught you well; you were there every day and so attentive to her. I believe she was aware, until her final breath, that she was loved very much by her family. My life is richer for having had the privilege of knowing Lois, as well as her daughters. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I will always remember Lois's warm smile and the twinkle in her eyes, that's what I see when I think of Lois. She was such a kind lady. My heart goes out to Randi, Roxanne, Robin, Rhonda and the entire family. She will be greatly missed.

in honor of Lois.

I would like to share what a nice woman Lois was and the time that I had to spend with her while she was at Oakcrest will always be treasured by me. Our weekly visits that we got to share with reading books, (Helen Steiner Rice poems & short stories & putting stickers on pages that we have read), looking through Birds & Bloom magazines, watching all the colorful fish on the big screen TV, sitting out in the gazebo & looking at all the beautiful flowers in the Spring & Summer, taking our walk from your place to the fountain out in front of Oakcrest and sitting and watching the fountain and looking at all the flowers around the gazebo and seeing a little smile come on her face. Lois was a 'SPECIAL' Friend and I will miss her & our little visits!! My HEARTFELT Sympathy goes to Lois's 'wonderful' Daughters & their Families. You will all be in my thoughts & prayers during this very difficult time!! May God Bless & Be With All of You Always!!!!
