Mrs. Lois Elaine Frausto's Obituary
With her four daughters by her side, Lois Elaine Frausto passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 9, 2014. The former Lois Elaine Miller was born October 7, 1930 to Paul G. and Dora E. Miller. Lois attended Muskegon Business College where she met her future husband, Eugene “Gene” J. Frausto. They were married on July 25, 1953.
Lois and Gene raised four daughters in North Muskegon. While her children were young she stayed home; then began working at Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Muskegon. Lois enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, reading and shopping.
Lois will be dearly missed by her family: daughters, Robin Homan of Muskegon; Rhonda (Ronald) Lipovsky of St. Louis, MO; RoxAnne (Ralph) Twining-Russo of Whitehall; Randi (Anthony) Lirones of Grand Haven; six grandchildren: Nicole (Mark) Juba, Shawna (Clint) Richmond, Angela (Jason) Lijewski, Shelby (Jason) Brandlin, Jordan and Tyler Lirones; 5 great-grandchildren, Savannah and Harrison Richmond, Benedict and Dominic Juba, and Kaiden Lijewski; brother, Donald (Maggie) Miller; many nieces, nephews and cousins. A sincere thank you to the wonderful staff at Oak Crest, as well as Sue for her devoted assistance. Lois was preceded in death by her father, Paul; mother and step-father, Dora E. and Gerald “Pete” F. Peterson; brother, Gilbert; and husband, Gene.
VISITATION at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, (231) 798-1100, will be from 6-8 PM Monday evening, February 17.
