I called her Pie. I met Lynn through our mutual love of fashion and shopping for designer clothes but over the years we became as close as sisters. She was a light in this world; kind, generous, and truly helpful to anyone who needed it, whether it be a shoulder to cry on or a joyous occasion to celebrate. You might think Lynn was the sweetest, kindest, person you'd ever met and you'd be right until you found yourself on the opposite side of her in court where she would, on a dime, transform into a rabid pit bull. Lynn was a deeply spiritual soul who never lost her faith. For the past five months as she faced the biggest trial of her life, enduring months of tests, treatments, pain, and more pain, never once did she lose hope. Right up until the very end she believed that she was going to be okay soon. Rest in Peace my sweet, sweet Pie. Your light shone on me and made my life brighter. I will never forget you. Rik my heart is with you.
