The memories of my Aunt Mae will allways be with me . Aunt Mae cut my hair untill I went in the service in 1943. those old hand operated clippers some times would pull your hair. Aunt Mae allways took very good care of me and we enjoyed one anothers company. the earliest evidence of Aunt Mae taking care of me is shown in the 1929 Tanis family reunion and their I am with Aunt Mae. Sorry to hear about your Mom..I know how hard it is. I was hoping to make it to the visitation but Bill has cancer and isn't doing to well. I stick pretty close here now. I was thinking about your Mom and we girls sitting outside snipping green beans out of the garden and the little dog barking away. Seems the older I get the easier it is to remember the "old" days.
