Mrs. Buckley was a kind, wonderful woman. I remember her fondly. Our prayers & thoughts go out to the Buckley family.

Always "Mrs. Buckley" to me, never "Sis". She was never timid and was always interested in what I was up to. When I was home from school in the early 60's, I would always see her and her Mother who lived next door. She always had a dozen questions for me..."are you going to mass?", "are you still seeing that same girl?", "who do you live with?" "is it dangerous where you live in Chicago?", etc., etc. Mrs. Buckley, like her Mother, was always kind to all of the Herron kids next door and we all remember her for that. She has a front row seat in heaven.
