May I send my deepest condolences. I only had the pleasure of meeting Margaret a few years ago when I came over to Michigan. She immediately gave me the impression of being the strong, kind and friendly woman that she obviously was. I was also impressed by the fact that she had a dryer and sharper sense of humour than I did, which I thought was very impressive.
God bless you all
Brian
PS. Sorry about my British spelling.
So sorry to hear about Margaret. My dad drove truck with Paul.God Bless.
It was a blessing to be Margaret's neighbor for the past 8 years. She was always so sweet to my kids. She and Judy gave my son his first job, bringing the paper up to the porch for Mrs. Fought on their paper days. He learned to watch what day it was carefully so as not to miss bringing in her paper. He took great pride in working for her and is already missing her, as are we all. Many Christmases were made more special by "Chocolate Shoes" and her delicious puppy chow.
She encouraged me as my husband worked away from home for 7 months this past year. I really appreciated that. She always had a smile and a chuckle when I'd visit. In fact, the last time I saw her I teased her a little and she laughed. It is a sweet memory, one of many I will hold dear.
She loved showing me photos of her family. Her love for all of you was obvious. My sincerest condolences go out to you all.
Aunt Margaret was there for me when i was 17 and had some problems. she was a comfort and ill always remember her for that.
