Mrs. Natte was my 5th grade teacher at North Muskegon in 1973/74. We had just moved to NM from Indiana. She helped ease my transition to a new school and new friends. She was a wonderful teacher and a kind and gentle person. I am very sorry for your loss.##imported-begin##Kelly Sekulich Scott##imported-end##
Mom- you simply are the greatest mother ever. You showed your love everyday and your true faith by always placing others before yourself. You did'nt talk about it. You lived it. That was the greatest example for me. You held a full time job as a teacher and still had time to raise your five children and be involved with their lives on a day to day basis. Getting a lot of material "stuff" was not what was important to you. Getting involved with your family and always being there for them was where you were and who you you were. Your gandchildren were your pride and joy and you treated them just like us. Being an English major you taught us the proper way to speak. Being our Mom you taught us the proper way to live. For that we will always be most thankful. Your purpose in life is fulfilled and I know we will meet again.

I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful grandmother. She always reminded me of the time my birth was announced. She was in her classroom teaching when they came to the door and congratulated her on the birth of her first grandchild. She always told me about how proud she felt at that moment in her life. I am grateful for the 87 years God granted her on this earth, where she was able to spread her joy and happiness not only to her family, but to so many other poeple who entered her life and were touched by her grace and beauty. As we mourn the loss of her here on earth, I am quite sure she is dancing, singing, and rejoicing in heaven. Words cannot express how much she will be missed.##imported-begin##Melissa Natte##imported-end##

"Mrs. Natte" was one of my all time favorite teachers. She had a love of teaching and it showed.
