The memories of my Dad are too numerous to mention them all. He taught me more about being kind to other while sticking up for yourself. I remember going hunting with him even before I could hunt and then a few years after. I learned his way of hunting, walking instead of sitting, being willing to be the one to trudge through the swamp areas to drive deer to those waiting on the edges and not to get overly panicked if you get turned around and somewhat lost. He involved me with splitting and cutting wood for the fire to stay warm in the winter at a very young age. He also showed this to his grandchildren every chance he got. Those are just a few of the memories at the tip of my tongue and ones I will carry with me until I join him and Kyle in the after life. One thing I didn’t say enough was how much I loved my Dad but I know he knew!
