We lost a great person before here time. I had the privilege to have had Marvella volunteer with me at the Mona Lake Boating Club. She was always there to help and we enjoyed working together. Jim Kanaar
Marvella & I were friends for 57yrs. We met our first day of opening, as cashiers at Haspers on Laketon in Musk. We worked together & hung out on our days off. Good memories-----Mostly happy & some sad. The last yr or so, Mavella would love talking about our past----how my dad & mom would want to take we out for a meal, our coffee visits with my mom, our sisters & other family. Going to Lake Mi. Have me put her hair in rollers, so we would look nice in the evening. And all our good times in her RED CONVERTIBLE & my old, new car!! I loved her & will miss her. We talk on the phone every day or two the last month. I'm so glad we got that time.
Aunt Marvella you will aways be love and we see you soon i can remember when you went to Disney world with us long ago i may have lost 20. Years of memory but i can remember you. Love you and miss you
She always had a smile on her face and I'll always remember our Christmas's together! She was always positive and never gave up! Love and miss you always!
Aunt Marvella, I remember when you would come to visit, driving up in your red convertible, top down and dressed very fashionable with your cool scarfs around your head. I'm here!! Pam and I couldn't wait for you to take us for a ride in that awesome car. You always had a smile on your face and you knew how to make everyone laugh. So much fun to be around. Love you and will miss you my Aunt Bowdoo!!!
When we first met, I was quite broken, having lost my daughter and moved from what was my home for over twenty five years, yet you welcomed me as if I were a long lost friend. We shared coffee in the morning, long walks, meals, and chats. We laughed and rolled our eyes at the guys while roasting marshmallows over our bon fires. You always had stories to tell and wisdom to share. I will be forever grateful that you came into my life and always honored to call you friend. Much love to you as you start you new journey.
Aunt Marvella , you are one of a kind , every time we were together we made memories. I learned that even in the hardest times of life your smile would light me up . I no with all my heart you are making others smile , I will miss you and I thank god he made you my aunt.. love you Pam
"Hey Neighbor" was our greeting from across the street or on the phone. You always had a smile and a wave, a place on the porch to sit and talk, or a fresh Pillsbury cinnamon roll right from the oven. You gave Piper a place to swim, lie in the sun, and someone to talk to. You helped me and my family in so many ways throughout the years. I hope you know how much we appreciate you, and love you. Give Darlene a hug for me.
