Mr. Marvin L. “Marv” Patterson, Jr. passed away unexpectedly Sunday, May 7, at his home. He was born on February 20, 1951 in Muskegon to Marvin and Alta (Wolf) Patterson. A lifelong resident of Muskegon, Marv met the former Gayle Read Obituary
I only knew Marvin briefly, but he left a lasting impression. He was a great story teller, and I enjoyed hearing his many tales. He was a role model for overcoming obstacles and making the best out of life. He will be missed.
I send my love out to Gayle, and Marv's family. May God grant you peace during your journey through grief. May you feel comfort and joy when cherishing your memories.
Marv had such a kind soul and I will always cherish the times I got to spend with him at work; listening to his many stories, or just standing in the background and witnessing his kindness to anyone who walked through the door. Sending many hugs to Gayle and other family and friends. Marv will certainly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
