My parents were Alvena & Max Aley. Alvena was Alma's little sister. Family was important to Alvena & Max & since they were "older" parents, I got to know their relatives & the Stromberg's were some of them. In the 1960's my mom had polka parties & Marvin would play the guitar while his wife, Jeannie would sing. I remember one party watching them together in my parent's garage. Uncle Jack Montambo had the concertina & we even had a surprise visit from Aunt Lena (sister of Alma & Alvena's mother) who came from AZ unexpectedly. Lena died in Sedona at age 101. My mom loved Marvin & Jeannie's music abilities. She got closer to Kathy in the 70's & 80's & they visited frequently, always smiling. My mom had lots of memories of Alma's boys, because she was 10 when Marvin was born, she was the best age to babysit. Alvena died in 2001 & Max in 2009. They missed the family in their older years & cherished many memories. Just thought I would say something in their behalf! I love family history & Marvin & his family were a part of it. Condolences.##imported-begin##Denise (Aley) Meyer##imported-end##
