Mary Jo was a sweet person with such a giving heart. I will always hold close the times that we talked, laughed and prayed together. She touched many lives and the world is a better place because of her. She loved her family very much and was proud of each of you. May her legacy live on through each of you. Mary Jo and I went to school together. We shared many great times then. Since I lived so far away, we could not spend lots of time together but we stayed in contact with social media. I know how much she loved the Lord, Kenny & her family. I am so sad to hear of her passing but I know she is with those that she loved who passed before her. Prayers being sent to her family during this difficult time.
Mary Jo and I cleaned the church together for several years and we had so much fun together! She was a such a sweet soul. I loved our morning visits...praying for each other and laughing amd crying together. Working on women's ministries with her was special to me too. She had a passion for it. She would look for opportunities to comfort and encourage people that came through the doors of the church. I was blessed for 9 years by her frienship and prayers. She would tell me, "I'm not a custodian, I'm a CHRISTodian" Yes you were Mary Jo! Well done faithful servant. Until we meet again. I love you.
