Maxine A. Wolters' Obituary
Mrs. Maxine A. Wolters, age 81, went to be with her Lord, Saturday evening, December 31, 2005. She was born November 26, 1924 in Muskegon to Otto & Minnie (Staple) Euler and had been a life resident of the area. Maxine had been manager of Bignall Dental Supply for 15 years, and had worked for Federal Department Store, Robert Boelkins, DDS and Mark Lange, DDS, prior to her retirement. She was a very active member of Hope Reformed Church, its Women’s Guild & Choir; and enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. On November 18, 1944 she married John H. Wolters and he preceded her in death on May 13, 1999. She was also preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister, Alice Drent. SURVIVORS include 4 children, Paula (Alan) VanDuinen of New Era, William (Pamela) Wolters of Chesapeake, VA, Phillip (Sharon) Wolters of Muskegon and MaryJo (Brent) Peterson of North Muskegon; 8 grandchildren, Vince (Connie) VanDuinen, Bradley (Carrie) VanDuinen, Alicia (David) Petry, Linnea (Charlotte Bell) Wolters, Misty (Brad) Forward, Sara (Bryan) Crosswhite, Karla Wolters and Ashley Peterson; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Irene (John) Morin of Pentwater, 1 sister-in-law, Joyce Wolters of North Muskegon, several nieces and nephews, special cousin, Russell Staple and by her very special friend, Murlin Gundy . SERVICES will be 3 PM Thursday at Hope Reformed Church with the Rev. Steven Hyma officiating. Burial will be in East Dalton-Oakhill Cemetery. VISITATION with Maxine’s family will be 2-4 & 7-9PM Wednesday at
