Merle [Stark] Proctor was the daughter of Fred Stark, a brother to my Grandfather Charles Stark. We only met two or three times in a lifetime. What I recall is a charming woman who seemed to attract people to her. It may have been her smile, spirit and glow for God.

There are many times I thought of her and wished families would be more residential in nature other than just blood line. To her surviving three daughters, I send my thoughts and sincerest prayers to carry on. To her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchild, one's this relative has never met, I send my deepest sympathies.
