During my 42 years of coaching football at Oakridge, Mike and I met up many times. Mike was always a favorite of mine to officiate our games. Not only was Mike an outstanding official, he was a better person. Mike always took time to talk to coaches and players, and worked with his crew to keep contests in control while understanding the physical nature of the game. Mike’s solid character and integrity were the cornerstones of his officiating. Mike will be missed but fondly remembered for his impact in the sports arenas of Muskegon. My thoughts and prayers to the Robillard family.

I met Mike a couple years ago through spinning class, we quickly became good friends. He always watched out for me during spinning class, like seeing if I needed water or the fan on, etc... He was such a GREAT GUY!!
I will sure miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
