So many fond memories of camping with Mike & Lois at Pioneer Park. The campfires, the 4th of July picnics that Barb was so good at organizing, watching Mike & the others play cribbage. There were so many good times in those years. Pioneer was where we met Mike & Lois. He was always 2in such good spirits he lifted all of us up! & when he could not camp anymore we missed his presence immediately . The world will not be the same without Mike in it!
My thoughts are with Mike's family. Mick was a Great friend and fellow member of "The Pioneers". We were just one large family for many camping years. Spent many nights around the campfire with Mike and his family farewell good friend

My thoughts are with Lois and family. My many years of working with Mike at Howmet and knowing him for almost 50 years make me feel grateful that I have known one of the nicest and most kindhearted people that I have ever known. Peace be with you my friend. Doug Horsfall
My heart goes out to Mike's family. He worked with my dad (Red Barnes) at Howmet for many years.
