We just heard from Candy's mom about Monica's passing. Like the circumstances last fall with my sister Krsitin, unfortunately we are in Hawaii on business. Monica was always one of the people in our lives that could masterfully brighten our day. God's kingdom will be forever blessed with her cheerful presence. Mike..... Brooke and I are so sorry to hear of the news but also happy that she has gone to share in the joy of our Lord. This life is just a short temporary place for us all to make a difference and Monica has blessed many with all of her goodness. I hope you can take comfort in the love and kindness of Jesus as I have always loved having him as a friend to talk to that no one else knows of my conversations. He offers us strength and I only can hope that your personal relationship with Him is strong. I can only imagine it is with how you and your family have blessed so many others lives. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and I am deeply sorry that I could not make it to any of the services as my mother of 90 fell last Saturday and broke her shoulder and wrist and has just now gotten out of the hospital and into a nursing home.
