Morna June Frazier's Obituary
Morna June Frazier, age 84, passed away at home, Sunday morning, December 18, 2011 following a long illness. She was born in Muskegon on June 1, 1927 to S. Delbert and Gladys C. (Wells) Yeaw and was a 1945 graduate of Muskegon High School. Until her retirement in 1989, Morna was employed at Brunswick Corp. for 35 years. She enjoyed golfing, fishing and knitting. She married Mr. Lynn C. Archer in 1955 and he preceded her in death in 1971. She then married Mr. Harold G. Frazier in Muskegon on September 16, 1978. She is survived by: her husband, Harold; four children, Bette J. Hammond of Grand Rapids, Steven Archer of Hudsonville, Gerald (Karen) Frazier of Fruitport and Timothy Frazier of Pompano Beach, FL; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Donna Norwood of Muskegon. She was also preceded in death by: an infant daughter, Pam McGee in 1946; a grandson, Billy Hammond in 1972; daughter, Linda Lou Loss in 1995; her brother, Bud Yeaw in 2004; and daughter-in-law, Jackie Archer in 2009. The funeral service will be held at: The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100, 1:00 P.M., Thursday, Rev. Curt Walters officiating. She will be laid to rest in Norton Cemetery. Visitation: Wednesday evening, 5-8 P.M. and one hour prior to the funeral. Memorial Contributions: V.N.S. Hospice.
