Aunt Cora, I miss your sweet kind spirit. I loved when you and uncle Johnnie would come visit and stay with us in California. You were faithful and God fearing and you lived your life loving and living for Christ. We miss you.

Omg to my family..... I give my deepest condolences and also many heartfelt condolences from my father (your uncle) Roy Henderson Jr , Uncle Ernest Henderson, Auntie Rita Holifield, Auntie Daisy Henderson and ALL your California cousins..... My God, this came as a surprise to me and I’m kind of at a list of words.....I can remember as a kid growing up talking to my Auntie Cora whenever I would call to speak to my uncle The Late Bishop Johnnie Lee Henderson. Auntie Cora always had a sweet saintly demeanor that you could feel even over the phone. I will forever remember whenever I asked her how she was doing and she would always reply saying “ I’m slowing down alittle bit and have some pain here and there; but If God doesn’t do anything else for me.....He’s done more than enough.” Hearing her say just that always instantly put a smile on my face. Auntie Cora was a great woman of faith and lived the life of a Great Woman of God. Auntie your were a great example of a true “Saint”.....I thank you Auntie for loving and caring for my uncle and cousins.....I know beyond any shadow of a doubt that you are truly resting in the arms of our Lord and Savior, wearing your crown and have heard God telling you “ Well Done”......Family please know that your California family loves each of you and feel this great lost. Call me anytime.
