Mr. Jack L. Sobish, Sr.'s Obituary
Mr. Jack L. Sobish, Sr., age 66, passed away Saturday evening, April 7, 2007 following a lengthy illness. Jack was born June 11, 1940 to Barney and Celia (Poliski) Sobish in Muskegon, and was a life resident. He was a graduate of Muskegon Catholic Central High School, and was a member of the Polish Union. Jack worked at Brunswick for 46 years before retiring, and loved being outdoors, especially enjoying hunting and fishing. On April 18, 1959 he married Marcia Ann Lynn in Muskegon. SURVIVORS include his wife Marcia of Muskegon; 3 children, Jack (Carol) Sobish, Jr. of Westerville, OH, Jean (David) Kennedy of Muskegon, Daniel (Sandra) Sobish of Muskegon; 8 grandchildren, Jack (Patrie) Sobish, III, David, Kevin, and Eric Sobish, Jillian (Michael) Anthony, Jr., Ryan Kennedy, Daniel, Jr. “DJ”, and Corey Sobish; 4 great-grandchildren, Kylie, Michael, III, Jaden, and Sean; 1 brother, Bernie (Jackie) Sobish of Muskegon; 1 sister, Janie McMillan of Muskegon. He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters, Grace Borkowski, Evelyn Buchanan; 1 brother, Robert Sobish, Sr. SERVICES will be 10:00 AM Friday at
