Mr. Maurice L. Preston's Obituary
Mr. Maurice L. Preston, age 69, passed away March 3, 2007 at a local hospital. Mr. Preston was born October 20, 1937 to Floyd and Philena (Lyons) Preston in Lubec, Maine. He served in the Maine Army National Guard for 21 years retiring as Captain, and then was employed at S.D. Warren Paper Company for 42 years. On September 28, 1957 he married the former Patricia A. Daniels in Maine and she SURVIVES him along with 4 children, Daniel (Amy) Preston, Dianne Preston both of Muskegon, Dwight (Sheri) Preston of Ravenna and Joseph Preston of Muskegon; 5 grandchildren, William, Brittany and Nicholas Preston, Triston (Alicia) Evans and Preston Earley; great-grandson, Mavrick Evans; brother, Floyd (Jane) Preston; sister, Pat (Jim) Grant; sister-in-law, Sandra (J.D.) Wiggins and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Preston was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister, Ramona Huff. A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at St. Francis deSales Catholic Church, Marian Chapel. Inurnment will be in St. Mary’s Columbarium. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday at
