Aunt Pearl was always thinking of others before herself. No matter how much pain she was in, she would always give you a smile and ask how you were doing. I am going to miss the Saturday nights going out to eat and to the symphony with Aunt Pearl. She could always find humor in the simplist things. I am going to miss her very much. I cannot believe she's really gone. She truly was one of my heroes - she bore her pain w/ such grace and dignity that it amazed me all the time. She brought my mom, Ginny Ashcraft, such joy and happiness these last 5 years.
