Uncle Bill was a great man. He was always supportive of the endeavors of kids and the activities they enjoyed. He taught me a nice lesson of just showing up. I try to emulate his actions by doing just that, showing someone that you care about them by watching them play in their sport or activity. Thanks Uncle Bill for giving me a great gift.

I did get to see him about a week and 1/2 ago. I am grateful for that opportunity. I'm sure wherever he is now, he's helping out.

Jan, Pam, Scott and Tina~know you are in our prayers in a special way as you mourn the loss of your husband and dad. How blessed we've been to know Uncle Bill! We so loved his warm heart and laugh. And who could ever find treasures like him?! He is going to be so missed by garage salers in Florida! And us too! Are we ever looking foward to seeing him again! Wish we could've been there to give you all big hugs at the visitation today and funeral tomorrow. It was an honor and a privilege to have known Bill and I am thankful he was a part of my life, even for a short time. He welcomed me into his home with love and kindness and made me feel like a part of his family. I will miss him and his sense of humor. I certainly will never forget him.
