Nellie K. Clark's Obituary
Mrs. Nellie K. Clark, age 83, went to be with her Lord and join her beloved husband, Al, Monday morning, May 16, 2005, at Mercy Hospital after a brief illness. She was born June 11, 1921 in Muskegon to Muse & Hazel (Poulson) Meyers and had been a life resident of the area. Prior to her retirement in 1979, Nellie had been a bookkeeper for Bennett Pump for 37 years. She was a member of Calvary Church. On November 12, 1971 she married Alva Clark and he preceded her in death on January 22, 2003. SURVIVORS include her husband Al’s two children, Mark (Jane) Clark of Romeo, MI and Melva (Paul) Garzelloni of Tucson, AZ, who considered Nellie as their “Second Mom”; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, John Meyers and Eugene (Arlene) Meyers, of Muskegon and by several nieces, nephews and extended family members. SERVICES will be 2:00 PM Sunday at Calvary Church (5873 Kendra Rd.) with Pastors Bill Rudd and Terry Fulk officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Cemetery. VISITATION with Nellie’s Family will be 2-4 & 6-8PM Saturday at Sytsema Funeral Home 737 Apple Avenue
