Your Mom and My Mom ((Virgina Lawton Sherwood), were best of friends!! When they would both get together there was nothing but laughter! I can see Neva now, laughing with a special laugh that no one in the entire world had. She had a twinkle in her eyes, a beautiful smile and a teachable tone towards me when she would lean over and say to me, ""You know Charlene ......' She loved her family, would talk about them with great pride. I want to extend my deepest sympathy to your family. You have lost a Dear Mother and Grandma. I am sorry to not be able to come to her funeral.

Dear Greenwood Family and Friends,
I wasn't privileged with the remarkable acquaintance of Mrs.Greenwood as you were,but it saddens me to read of your tremendous loss. Please accept my family's sincerest condolences. It brings great comfort to many to know that the Almighty God and Creator promises us in the Bible, that soon death and pain will be no more. May you have peace.
We will miss our Mother and all the good times we had. It was fun going on drives with my mother-in-law. She enjoyed her family & grandkids, and great grandkids. She enjoyed playing the organ and enjoyed her cats. She had a full & wonderful life.
