Beth-
I am so sorry for your loss. I can't believe that until I just read the obituary I never realized that Norma was your Mom. For ten years I was the race director for the Chronicle Seaway Run and could always count on your Mom as a faithful volunteer.
My thoughts are with you and your family.

Beth, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family...but I am also happy to know that today and for all eternity your mother is in heaven with Jesus.
I want to share something about your mother that you may not know. I have been an Old Newsboy for the past 27 years collecting donations for less fortunate children in Muskegon, at the corner of Glenside and Sherman, on the first Saturday in December each year. I always had a smile on my face when I saw a Mustang, with a yellow Vikings Lodge license plate on the front, coming down Glenside Blvd. from the Lakeside area towards my corner! I always knew when that car stopped and your mother's car window went down, she would be handing me a crisp $100 bill:) Until your mother was no longer able to drive she always gave that $100 each year to ensure No Child was forgotten at Christmas! I know God blessed her then and is blessing her now. Your mother was truly a good woman:)
