Olga Anna Kovarcik's Obituary
Olga Anna Kovarcik, age 88, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday morning February 27, 2011 following a long illness. Olga was born in Muskegon Heights on October 1, 1922 the second youngest of five children to Paul and Anna (Sustek) Kovarcik. Olga was a 1940 graduate of Muskegon Heights High School and was a lifelong resident of the Heights. She a lifelong member of the former Bethlehem Lutheran Church and was a member of their altar guild. Olga was a secretary at Dresser Industries for many years until in 1968 when she left to work for Clifford Buck Construction. She remained at Buck Construction until her retirement. Olga is survived by her, brother Milan Kovarcik of Muskegon Heights and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: her parents; two brothers, Paul and John “Emil”; and her sister Maxine McGrady. The funeral service will be held at: The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100, 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 2, 201l, Mr. Duane Smith officiating. She will be laid to rest in Mona View Cemetery. Visitation: one hour prior to the funeral. Memorial
