Pat - I am sooo saddened to have heard this! We didn't get to celebrate the condo properly after being on the hunt for months... Know that I will do my absolute best to comfort Mike, and your family, in these challenging times. Furthermore, I wanted to say thank you for giving me an opportunity to assist you with your real estate needs. I remember it like yesterday after having our first meeting: "Brock, don't sell my house before August 17th because I will be swimming as much as I can!" I said yes ma'am, and then I believe we sold your house within the next day or two. hahaha For this, I am still sorry. However, it put us in a "go" position and the hunt began that same day!
