Denny, Doug and family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Please accept my sincerest condolences.
Rest in peace. Thoughts are with the Hibbs family during this tough time.
Karen and Doug so sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
You taught me many things one of which is to “live a good clean life” although we laughed at your statements in the past; I found that you truly were the example of that and I strive daily to live by. You were a great cribbage teacher/player and the best partner I could have in our tournaments (even though we both know you carried the game solely on your own). I helped by dealing you the loner hands every once in a blue moon. : ) I remember as a kid going to your house and thinking “are my grandparents blind”, there's like thirty pennies outside on the driveway? I would see them, pick them up before entering the house and think I just scored the jackpot here. Things like that, you throwing a handful of pennies outside to entertain us kids, reminds me of how creative, sweet and fun you were, not to mention our singing ballad of “who” was more of a “party pooper” performed at our most obnoxious abilities. These memories hold a special place in my heart that I will never forget. I love you Grandma and will always remember you.
Love,
Michelle
