That was a beautiful service, Betty. You have such a wonderful family and friends. I had no idea Pete played the guitar!##imported-begin##Dan Mills N8PPQ##imported-end##
Diana and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. I remember your dad sitting all bundled up, looking like Yoda, (I think we even called him that!) at a Mona Shores band competition. It had to be the coldest day of the year! He was just adorable... and will surely be missed.
Prayers of comfort to all of you,
Michelle##imported-begin##Michelle Eisenbarth##imported-end##
Betty and Family,
You have our sincere sympathy on the loss of your husband, father, grandfather, and our good neighbor. He will be missed.

Pete was one of my earliest mentors in amateur radio, an 'Elmer' as we call them. I remember seeing Pete's station or 'ham shack' we call them as a new amateur in the early 1990's and being awed by it. To this day I pattern my station after Pete's. I will forever miss his kind and gentle demeanor and always remember his open invitation to come over and 'play radio', an opportunity I sadly only took advantage of on a couple occasions.
Godspeed and 73 my friend,

Dear Betty and family...so sorry to read about Pete's passing. He was my favorite at the family reunions and always had great jokes and stories to tell. I know my folks, Carl and Althea Foote, loved him also. Dad always spoke highly of him. Sorry I won't be able to attend the services but my thoughts and prayers are with you. Just know he is, and always will be, looking down on you from heaven!##imported-begin##Rita Foote Winteringham##imported-end##
I was so sorry to hear of Pete's passing. I still remember the day
John Lennon of the Beatles said they
were more popular than Jesus and how
furious it made Pete. He offered to
buy any Beatle records so he could smash them. We thought he was so funny. He was such a nice man. Having just lost mom, I know how much pain you are in and my prayers
are with you all.
God Bless,
