Mrs. (Phylllis) Artell Mathews, born July 3, 1926 to Fred and Blanche (Bouchard) Kooyers, passed away June 4, 2011 with her family by her side. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Preceding her in death were her mother and father; her son, Greg Mathews; and her brother, Donald Kooyers. Survivors include daughters, Jane (David) Jabari, Susan (Kathleen) Mathews, Kathy (Bruce) Heatley; sons, Mark (Connie) Mathews, and David (Linda) Mathews; daughter-in-law, Rose Mathews; 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Friday, June 10, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
