My sympathies to the whole family! I worked with Richard for awhile at Sam's Club. He was a very nice guy! I too am a Muskegon Big Reds Alumnus and he would talk to me about the football games and if I were going to the games. He told me that he was a season ticket holder. I will miss seeing him when I shop, but I know that he's in heaven and I will see him again soon!
Although I did not know Richard personally, I felt I needed to share what I did know about him. I only knew him through being a customer at Sam’s Club. He seemed like such a genuine and kind man. We struck up several conversations over the years as I was checking out. I will definitely miss seeing him. My prayers and condolences go out to your family.

Dick's Mom played the organ at my wedding in 1972. And I remember Karen singing so beautifully in church. Such good memories.
