Our sympathies to the family of Dick. We met Dick & Shirley over 10 years ago at the Lehigh Resort in Florida, as we both owned weeks! Always so kind to others and especially to each other💕We’ll miss them both😔
Our condolences go to the entire family of Dick Tindall. We met Dick and Shirley at Lehigh Acres resort in 1995 or 1996. Because of deer hunting, music and other interests we became best friends and shared many hours together at the resort over the years. We shared dinner with Dick and Shirley on their anniversary each year for close to 20 years as it occured while at Lehigh. We knew of all of the ups and downs and little things not always shared with everyone. We considered Dick as a very good friend and will miss his wit, music and his humor. In 2019 Dick wanted to come back to Lehigh Resort and because he did not rent a car we became his valet service and got him around to the grocery store and other places. He and Shirley had a huge group of friends at Lehigh and will be missed by many. Sharon and I will certainly miss him.
I played clarinet with Dick in the Winds. He was a fantastic clarinet player and I loved playing with him and listening to his playing. I admired his jazz playing ability. We have missed him in the Winds. I am the one to the right of Dick in the picture. ~Paula Whisman
