1 Year has passed since you left. It still hurts. Time is supposed to help heal but when I think about you not being here and the family that has been lost, time does not help. It still hurts the same as it did 365 days ago. I miss our talks, our laughter. You were always the person I could call and talk with and we could get through anything, I have missed that dearly the past year. Miss you, Love you, and absolutely hate that I do not have you here with us anymore.
It’s still so hard to believe that you’re gone too Rick. It’ seems so surreal that after all our conversations about losing Gunner that you’re now with him again We both wondered what it would be like to reunite with Gunner. I just didn’t think it would be so soon for you. Hold him tight for me and Sis. We love and miss you both.

I am sure missing being able to call you and harass you on being so much older than me. I used to tell you that no matter how many birthdays we have, you are always going to be old man, and I will always stay younger than you.

Sending my deepest sympathy to the family. Im so sorry for your loss. I've enjoyed visits with Rick, he will be missed. We had alot of fun, hes like a brother, lived with us for awhile when we were kids. Big hugs to all.

I would go spend time with Rick when he had his trailer at Maple Island estate and play darts and we would laugh and laugh. Or we would just talk.
