It was a Beautiful service.
Dear Jan,
This is the day we have rehearsed in our minds so many times, that of saying "Good Bye" to Rich.
Your journey thru the cancer has been a rollercoaster ride of hope and despair. You both faced it all with enormous courage and faith in our Heavenly Father. As you said, "Rich never did like rollercoaster rides."
He is settled now. Met with open arms. Holding your precious Mallory!
May God Bless and Comfort all of you.
You truly have known the love of a wonderful man!
Blessings,
Ginger & Roger
Rich was a godly friend with a big heart. When I was not well, and needed someone to drive me to the Detroit airport to fetch my wife home, Rich not only drove me there, but insisted on using his own car for the trip. Jan, Dot and I will remember you and yours in our prayers.

A family thought: three cousins (Sandie, Bruce and Dick), all the same age,,, Dick was always the sane one! We will meet again in love and laughter soon! Love you Dick as always.
We will always remember Rich for his gentle listening smile with his sweet, quiet spirit. It was always to us, a sign of his love for our Lord Jesus Christ.
We have such good memories of walking life’s spiritual path with you all. Richard’s wisdom, patience and faith in the Lord is a lasting legacy to everyone he touched. We will always remember his smile because his eyes smiled too. May God’s grace sustain you in all the days ahead. We love you.
My favorite soccer coach. He had a love for the game and instilled it on us. Patient and kind and gentle with all of us girls. A Great Man. I count myself as one of the lucky kids who got to know him and learn from his examples. ❤️
