My mother, Clara Jane (Gillard) Fulsher and I just learned of Richard's passing. Clara Jane was Richard's first cousin. She has many fond memories of him and the entire Gillard family.

Dick was real special. I was in the lion's club with Dick some 40 years ago. We fliped a lot of pancakes. We also bowled in the Lions league. Going to miss that great smile. God is good and He will give us great memories of Dick. Our love and prayers are with the family.
