Rick has always liked to joke and tease me. His favorite thing was to mess my hair up. He has done this my whole life. Didn't matter if we were at a family gathering or at a wedding. I just learned to laugh right along with him. You will be missed Rick. Lots of good memories. Rest in peace.

I know many guys my age will remember this very well. Rick used to allow Justin and Gerad’s yahoo friends to come over and just hang out for endless days and nights. He would sit and just ask us questions to provoke us into seeing things from a completely different angle. He would endlessly play devils advocate to get us to question everything we’ve ever believed or thought. He did it almost as sport. 🤣 Now as a guy about as old he was I fully understand why he was doing it. Thank you Rick for helping me break out of the mold and for encouraging me to strive for nothing but the best in all I do! 😭
