Inez Lafleure
As a member of the Test Asset Management team of General Dynamics I had the honor of working with Bob since 2005 when Bob joined our team and then later, when he transitioned to back to design engineering. Bob was always such a pleasure to be around, always upbeat, always smiling and in love with life. He was a beautiful spirit that brought a smile to my face whenever we met. As a key representative of the team for the Muskegon plant, Bob could always be relied on for outstanding service, and as the senior most member of our team, Bob was often the strong and steady voice of wisdom, providing sound counsel and remarkable insight. I remember my last words to him were that he so deserved to enjoy his retirement and I am truly devastated to learn that his time was cut so short. My heart goes out to Bob's family and my prayers go up to God, thanking Him for the blessing of Bob in my life. I just know that Bob is now in God's house and for that I am thankful. Please accept my salute to a life well lived, Bob Carter!
