Dear Joanne and Family,
Our deepest sympathy to you and your family at this difficult time. You are in our thoughts and prayers. I truly cherish the memories of spending time with your family growing up in Spring Lake. Bob was a wonderful godfather to me and a true friend of my parents and siblings. Warmest regards, Len, Martin Sr. and Anna Kortekaas and family##imported-begin##Leonard Kortekaas and Family##imported-end##
Dear Aunt Joanne and all my cousins: Uncle Bob and all of you are in my prayers every day. He was always one of my favorite uncles, and I can still remember going to the beach in Grand Haven with him when I was just a little girl. It was so nice to see him after Christmas, I'm thankful for that opportunity. I'm sure that he and my dad are enjoying their daily chats again. May God bless all of you and keep you.##imported-begin##Jeanne (Donner) LeFevre##imported-end##
We're so sorry to hear of the loss of your Dad, John. Our thoughts are with you through the difficult time ahead. If you need anything, let us know.##imported-begin##Richard & Theresa Siler##imported-end##
Backyard neighbors that live on Pruin St.
Joanne & Remainder of Family,
Please accept our sympathy for Bob's death. Always cordial and smiling. A good neighbor to chat with. We were sorry to see you move. When your Bob & my Bob would walk the dogs they couldn't talk much as the dogs would keep them walking or bark too much to interrupt any conversation. Because of the walking, the dogs lived a good long life. As did Bob. We'll miss seeing him walking in the neighborhood. May peace be in all your hearts.

Donner Family,
Our deepest sympathies to your family. We are going to miss seeing Bob and his dog walking past our house every day. Larry always enjoyed talking politics and are other things with Bob. We were so saddened to hear of his death. He was always a picture of health.
Again, our deepest sypathies.

Even though we have only been part of the neighborhood a short time we have become accustom to seeing Mr. Donner out and about, going to the mailbox, working in his yard or walking his white dog. He always gave a friendly wave as we passed by. His presents on our street will be greatly missed.
Our deepest sympathy, your neighbors,

My deepest sympathys to all. We bought my folks (Bud and Helen Donner) on 148th and said hi to him over the past few years when he went on his walks. I still remember when my son Danny went to school with Zach and told him they were related. Bob had to explain to Zach the relationship.I still think of those days that my grandma Donner had the house next to the rest of the Donner clan on Lake Ave. And the visits when we were kids. I will keep your family in my prayers. Nancy##imported-begin##Nancy (Donner) Bolger##imported-end##
