Bob worked at Meier Cleaners for 3 generations of the Meier family. My Grandfather Edward E. Meier, my Dad Edward J. Meier and me Brian D. Meier. He was a hard worker and a valued member of the Meier Cleaner family. Always ready and willing to do whatever was asked of him. When I informed my brothers and sisters of his passing they asked me to send our sincere condolences. RIP Bob
Thelma, Keith & Gloria, I'm sorry to learn about Bob's death. I have such great memories of him going out of his way to keep my office clean when I was your interim pastor at Unity Church. And I have such wonderful memories of conversations with Bob on Sundays at church. He was a wonderful man of God and he made an impact on my life. He was the kind of person who always lifted my soul. He was a great encourager. I will be praying for your family during this time. And I look forward to seeing Bob in heaven some day. Marilyn and I wish you well. Blessings on you all!

Our sympathies to the entire Shrum family. Bob always seemed to have a smile on his face and made you feel good just talking to him. Jack and I served coffee after church with Bob and Thelma and, it was always a good time. He will surely be missed.
My grandpa was my best friend, mentor and role model. We enjoyed doing everything together including playing cribbage and going fishing. I was very lucky to have him in my life for 42 yrs. i wish we had more time. Love you always.
He was such a fine man I always liked talking with. Fine coach I’m sure many will miss him
Thinking of the Shrum family with prayerful thoughts. Take care.
