Mr. Robert Fredrick Start, age 82, passed away Tuesday afternoon, May 29, 2012, at his home, surrounded by family. He was born June 23, 1929 in Muskegon to Fred and Sadie (Peterson) Start. Bob served his country during the Korean Read Obituary
Bob was a wonderful guy. We knew him through our travels in our motor home. He brought us all many laughs and many good times. We had some very good times with Bob and Maxine. Thank you for all the memories!! May God bless Bob and all of his lovely family.

Bob was an awesome guy, all of my memories of him are when he is smiling and laughing...He also had the greatest sign above the entrance to his pool, "Welcome to our ool, notice there is no p in it, please keep it that way." I will always remember him as a really solid person, someone you could always trust.

I just to say that Mr. Start "Bob" will be sadly missed by so many, he was a very warm, loving, and caring man. He has a family that he can be so proud of from his oldest son to his youngest granddaughter, and everyone in between. He always made you feel like a part of the family. We always had a great time at the family parties, card tournements, bowling at the Eagles, or just hanging out on the weekends together. Your family unit has always amazed me because I don't think I've seen another family with brothers and sister that enjoy spending time together like " The Start" family.
