Dear Wingett Family and Friends,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one. Please accept my sincere condolences. I too have lost several loved ones in death, and the pain is fresh, even with the passage of much time. Thankfully, I have found relief in knowing that "The Most High God" is the “Hearer of Prayer”, and a source of tremendous comfort in times of grief and distress.(Psalms83:18,Psalms65:2) Please be assured , death will soon be “swallowed up forever” and we will have the opportunity to see our dead loved ones again.(Isaiah 25:8) My family and I wish you and yours peace.(Phillipians4:7)
Uncle Bob, you will be dearly missed. From your bright smile that would light up a whole room, to your amazing sense of humor, and your love and dedication to your entire family. You were a shining example of the charismatic, compassionate, and loving individual that so many strive to be. Halloween will not be the same without you and your fabulous costume!
We are so thankful for the time we were able to spend with you and loved always hearing your stories and your laugh. The pain of your passing is slightly soothed by the knowledge that you are with Aunt Delores and your siblings again. We send our love until we meet again.

Dear Cousins,
I'm so sorry to hear about Bob.
Here is a poem I found a few years ago.
Hopefully it will give you the comfort it gave me.
Remembered Joy
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free!
I follow the plan God laid for me.
I saw His face, I heard His call,
I took His hand and left it all...
I could not stay another day,
To love, to laugh, to work or play;
Tasks left undone must stay that way.
And if my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss...
Ah yes, these things I, too, shall miss.
My life's been full, I've savoured much:
Good times, good friends, a loved-one's touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief—
Don't shorten yours with undue grief.
Be not burdened with tears of sorrow,
Enjoy the sunshine of the morrow.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you,
Love, Vicki
From the moment we were introduced, he showed me such great kindness. Not much longer after that, he started to treat me like his own granddaughter. In the last 7 years, I have spent more time with him than with all of my own grandparents combined. He always made me feel special, like being my partner when we would play Euchre, or how my seat was right next to his at the dinner table. Words cannot begin to describe the love and kindness that was Grandpa. I don't think I can put into words the impression and love he has left on my heart. I am so grateful to have had the time I had with him on this Earth and in this lifetime. I am a better person for knowing him, and will cherish my memories of him always. All of my love to you Grandpa! -Megan
