What a kind and gentle man! Many years ago when I was growing up Maxine lived next door to us and she always took to my sister and I. When she married Rodger we got to know him very well. He would also come into our office at Kieft Agency and would brighten our day. Sorry I couldn't make It to the service but I was certainly thinking of his family. Sending prayers! Dave and I missed him in church over Christmas and asked about him. We were told he was in Florida with his daughter. We were happy for him. Now he's in an even better place experiencing the warmth of the Light of Heaven. Our condolences to his family. Dottie & Dave Besteman
I enjoyed chatting with Rodger at Forest Park Covenant Church. He was always upbeat and friendly to everyone. You selected a great picture of him. May the Lord comfort you in his passing.

Our sympathy goes out to Rodgers family for their loss. Mike and I are Rodgers neighbors, we will miss him coming over to our driveway in the summer time on his motorized cart. He would sit here and talk to us, about what was going on in his life. Everyone around here liked him. He will be missed. Mike and Arlene Maxfield.
